1. Return Eligibility (Products)
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
- Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery (choose the number you prefer).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Only physical products (printers, cartridges, accessories) are eligible for returns.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened ink or toner cartridges
- Used or installed printer parts
- Downloadable software or digital services
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
2. Refunds (Products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds may be:
- Approved in full
- Partially approved (if the product is damaged or missing parts)
- Rejected (if it does not meet return conditions)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
3. Service Refunds
Because we provide professional and time-based technical assistance, refunds for service bookings follow these rules:
Eligible for Refund:
- Service canceled before the technician visit.
- Service not delivered due to scheduling or technical issues on our side.
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Technician already visited the location.
- Service has been completed or partially completed.
- Customer failed to provide access, caused delays, or missed the appointment.
4. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Wrong items delivered
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure safe return.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your product order before it ships.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
Service orders must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
